Counsellor

Counsellors mainly use talking therapies. They offer empathy, time and respect to their clients as they listen to their problems that they maybe facing to help the client explore their emotions and feelings. A counsellor doesn’t offer advice, the aim of their sessions is to help their clients cope with challenges they may face and make positive changes where necessary.
