Human Factors Engineer

A human factors engineer looks at the relationship between staff and their equipment to make sure the working environment is safe and efficient. This job requires you to look after staff, ensuring their safety, and equipment within the workplace. You will be required to carry out jobs such as; analysis of the limitations and capabilities of staff, completing risk assessments, applying assessment findings to create practical solutions to issues found within the workplace.
