Psychological Well-being Practitioner

As a Psychological Well-being Practitioner (PWP) you will be involved in aiding the recovery of a range of different patients’ mental health problems, of mild to moderate severity, using low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy based interventions. The aim of the job is to provide patients with the tools to help them manage their own recovery. The role involves managing referrals, signposting to other agencies, providing low intensity interventions and working closely with other healthcare professionals.
