Sport and Exercise Psychologist

As a sports psychologist you are responsible for assessing a client’s needs and applying psychological knowledge to help them increase their performance in sport and exercise. You will focus on the behaviours, well-being and mental processes of the client in order to do so. Not only will you be expected to work with athletes, but with groups of people involved in sport and the public to increase participation in sport and exercise.
